Race to Rugby World cup… and so much more!
My dream of playing flank forward for South Africa may have gone but but my love of rugby is still very much there. Anything to do with the game is going to get my heart beating. So imagine my excitement at interviewing Adam Nunn, who is part of a team cycling from Tokyo to Auckland for the opening game of the world cup in Auckland.
Then we began to talk and Adam soon elevated the discussion from an epic adventure into a life changing journey. Adam speaks of the pressure of youth, the dangers of conformity and the joy of freedom. He takes us through his decision making toolset which highlights how and where his journey changed and the impact of mental health awareness on getting him out of a life that looked great from the outside, whilst inside he was slowly crumbling.
