Amelia Dyer was a serial killer in Victorian, England. She ran a ‘baby farm’, a home in which she would ‘care’ for newborn babies whilst their mothers, who would normally be unmarried got themselves into better financial situations before reclaiming their babies. The baby farm would make Dyer a lot of money, the more babies she would take in. But all of those babies wouldn’t survive in Dyer’s ‘care’.
