Representation of LGBTQ+ communities in media is few and far between when compared to the vast expanse of all media. Luckily, nowadays, the stigmas surrounding stories of the LGBTQ+ are fading. But 23 years ago, the film But I'm a Cheerleader was released to the public. And then 23 years later, we invited Sophia to talk about it. And then we did.
