Dr. Johnson is an associate professor at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She practices as a clinical audiologist in Chapel Hill, providing adult diagnostic, tinnitus, and aural rehabilitative services. As part of one of the nation’s highest-ranked Doctor of Audiology programs, Dr. Johnson teaches several graduate courses on hearing aid technology and Occupational Audiology. When not seeing patients and teaching, she is committed to interprofessional education and community outreach. Dr. Johnson is certified by the American Board of Audiology, holding their Certificate for Tinnitus Management. Dr. Johnson also serves on the executive board of the North Carolina Audiology Association and in several leadership roles with the American Academy of Audiology.
