Fad diets are everywhere! They are trendy, they seem like magic answers to all of our insecurities, famous celebrities are promoting them. Some fad diets are better than others...but most of them are pretty bad! In this podcast episode, I'm breaking down my least favorite fad diets and why I dislike them so much. Spoiler alert: there's a lot of bad science!
