Is there a such thing as nutrition overload? Can studying nutrition be toxic for you? Yes, it can! I'm happy to take the time to unpack my thoughts today: I LOVE nutrition, but I've had to learn to compartmentalize and find the balance of learning to enjoy my field of study and pursue my passions...while also taking time away from learning to enjoy other aspects of my life.
