Shane Fleming is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years real estate experience including over four years with Tesco handling acquisitions, disposals, planning, redevelopment, and asset management. Followed by over three years with IBRC, where Shane was involved in high-level valuations and oversaw the disposal of the INBS branch network as well as project managing the disposal of a number of property portfolios.
Prior to setting up Fleming Real Estate Property Agents Dublin Shane was employed by global property specialist Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and oversaw property portfolios for global clients such as Blackstone, Standard Life, Green REIT, IDA, and McDonalds.
Shane also worked with international tenants including, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Microsoft.
