Originally having a career in production, Kathleen first joined Sesame Street in 2015 after attending a puppeteer workshop, first as an additional puppeteer, eventually getting her own characters, Elena, mother of Autistic Muppet character, Julia and most recently, Ji-Young, Sesame Street's first Korean-American Muppet character! Together, they discuss the cultural impact of Kathleen's characters, puppeteering in the Fred Rogers biopic, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood and many more!
