We live in a time where being busy is worn like a gold medal. It's a symbol of status. But it all comes at a cost. Our mental and physical well-being, our relationship with others, and most importantly, our relationship with our Heavenly Father. He is our greatest example and gave us a model of what it means to work and take a day to rest with Him. So, if he designed us to slow down and be with Him, why do we fight it with the urge to fill our time with other things?
