In the lead up to Christmas and New Years, I wanted to record a quick episode, in an effort to reach out to those that may struggle around this time of year. Whether that be from financial stress, spending time with family, being away from family and friends, packed calendars, or the massive to-do-list pleasures, it can become overwhelming.

Thanks to the advice shared by Australia's 'Black Dog Institute', on this episode I unpack some of these tips and advice points that others may consider implementing when looking after their own mental wellbeing this Christmas period.

Remember to take care of yourself, as well as those around you, and enjoy yourself.
