Exploring the balance required for effectively using assessment of learning, assessment for learning, and assessment as learning. While making the move to assessment as learning is a priority in creating an effective learning environment one cannot make this move and ignore the reality that we live in an educational environment where the assessment of and for learning is the reality that most educators face.
