All too often, hopes for innovation are attached to the deployment of a piece of hardware or software. If you focus on the technology then you are forced to conform the learning to the limitations of the technology. If you focus on learning first the technology will actually disappear when it takes its place as a tool to enhance creativity, collaboration, communication, exploration, and innovation.
