Personalized Learning LMD Ep 16. In this episode, we discuss how to put the personal into personalized learning. All too often educators make the mistake of assuming a piece of software or a computer-based drill is personalized learning. While these tools are useful in helping learners develop or practice skills the personalized aspect of learning is developed when an educator looks at the learner's preparedness and creates a significant learning environment in which the learner has choice ownership and voice through authentic learning opportunities. This is what makes learning personalized.
