That is something I hear a lot with people I talk to - there is a fear of extremes.
If I plan too much, I will miss out on opportunities.
If I relax too much, I won't perform anymore.
In this episode, I introduce a tool I use with clients to illustrate the different choices we have when we tackle a situation: the spectrum.
We rarely go from 0 to 100, from one extreme to the other. There is wiggle room we can play with, so that we tackle situations with the attitude that serves us best.
Life is not one size fits all.
