Description

I used to believe that choosing positivity and optimism was a way of ignoring the reality of the things that are happening in our lives but it’s actually the opposite. For many years I battled with maintaining a positive outlook on life mainly because I didn’t think it was necessary but as a person that struggles with depression I’ve seen a HUGE change in my overall perspective once I chose to have a more positive mindset. In this episode I share my experience and transition into the person I am today. It’s not to say that I don’t still have my moments of thinking down on myself/life or negative but I have gotten to a place now where I’m able to maintain a better outlook for a better outcome.
