There’s been a misunderstanding in my opinion between what it looks like to be healed and what it’s like to be in the process of healing. Being “healed” doesn’t mean that certain things still don’t effect you. It means that you’re able to cope with them in a different way/choose to take a different approach to addressing them. Healing isn’t always a peaceful process things can get pretty ugly but it’s the act of choosing to find peace in the process that sets apart the healing verses the unhealed. I’m sharing in this episode my personal experiences with healing and what I’ve had to tell myself along the way with the hope of helping someone skip a couple steps or learn something knew that can help them get to a better places without all the extra trials.
