Description

In this episode of The Highly Sensitive Podcast, I'm joined by Kelsey Brown. Kelsey is a wife, mama of 3, and a certified speech language pathologist in Houston, Texas. She has experience working with children via home health care and teletherapy. Kelsey has extensive continuing education in highly sensitive children, sensory processing, sensory integration, social emotional learning, and cognitive linguistic skills. She shares about raising highly sensitive children as a highly sensitive adult on her Instagram @as_the_littles_grow. In this episode, we talk about what it means to be a highly sensitive child (HSC), how to support highly sensitive children, and our experiences as an introverted and an extroverted HSC.

Becoming You is a 1:1-centered healing mentorship for highly sensitive people who want lasting inner change. This work blends deep emotional support, subconscious belief clearing, and gentle integration—so healing doesn’t just make sense, it actually sticks.
