After being diagnosed with colon cancer in January 2020, she knew major changes needed to be made. She received her certification as a Nutritional Health Coach in June of 2021, determined to help others. She runs HealthYeahLife.com where she shares recipes and practical ways to eat gluten-free, and guide those looking to improve their gut (and symptoms) by eating a healthy diet.
