Breathing is one of the best things you can do for yourselves. So today's podcast is all about meditation and math class and yoga class. All of the things that will help you to relieve stress in your life, to release the intense hardships that you go through. We all go through hard things. We're not going to go through, or we're not gonna be able to remove ourselves entirely from anything difficult or stressful.
Stress doesn't go away, but if you learn to manage it, then it becomes not a big deal. It just becomes part of your day and you take back control. If you feel like your stress is controlling you, I highly recommend you try these three habits.
