One question Sandra receives from clients is, how do I incorporate more beans into the weekly diet? Hummus, a chick pea bean spread, is a great example of a healthy, delicious and versatile food to include.

Today, we discuss substitutions for making homemade hummus and a variety of ways to utilize this delicious bean spread.
