Food makes up approximately 20% of an individual's total fluid intake in a day. If your diet is primarily 'shelf stable' foods that are highly processed with more sodium content, your water and fluid intake requirements are increased. That's why today, we are discussing 'foods that are naturally hydrating' for your body.
