Hey Westside...
With school in session and vacations winding down, it’s going to be so awesome to worship with everyone tomorrow. And you definitely do not want to miss tomorrow because we have an awesome announcement to make of how God has been working upstream to provide just the right person to work with our children and youth.
Also, this month, I’ll be focusing the messages on those things that our most important to us as a church. Tomorrow I’ll be unpacking the 3 things that I believe need to be shared with those around us...3 things that will change people’s lives. To prepare your heart for tomorrow’s message, I want to encourage you to read Deuteronomy 6:4-7, Deuteronomy 30:19-20, andJoshua 24:14-15.
Here’s what’s coming up this month...
· Tomorrow night, September 8th, @ 5:30pm, we will be having a “Card Reception”for Ashley and Garron. Help us honor them for all they’ve done.
· Our next “In-Depth Women’s Bible Study”will be Tuesday Night, September 17th @ 6:30pm at the church.
· Our next “Men’s Breakfast and Bible Study”will meet Saturday Morning, September 21st @ 7:30 am at the church.
· “Friends Day”, Sunday September 22nd @ 10am. I want to encourage everyone to reach out and invite a whole row full of friends to join you that day.
· Our next outreach opportunity will be Sunday September 22nd, from 4-7pm @ King Central Park. We have the opportunity to partner with our main campus, Jefferson Christian Church as they sponsor “Community Festival”. This is an awesome event that reaches around 1000 people.
As I mention every week, this is a great opportunity to be reaching out to family, friends, co-workers, actually, anyone you meet and invite them to join you on this incredible journey that God is taking us on.
