Mentorship is extremely important. I think it’s powerful to have a mentor in your life, somebody that’s beside you enjoying the journey and also being a mentor to somebody else. That way you can have the full affect of mentorship. Helping someone new into your industry is fulfilling, it lifts you up. Giving back to the industry that helped create you is important, the way you can do that is by mentoring new people into the game, that way you keep filling your industry with talented people. Enjoy!
