1. This fact can be proven through the
story of “King Hezekiah” (Ruler of Judah, Israel). During Hezekiah’s reign, Judah was constantly under attack from other Black “Enemy” nations (who were not part of Israel).
Therefore, their goal was to dominate and siege Israel
through their military might.
2. An “Ethiopian King” named (Tirhakah)
threatened to make war with King Hezekiah (2 kings 19:9).
3. Then we also have the king of Assyria, named (Sennacherib) also threatening King Hezekiah. Keep in mind that it was “Nimrod” (Son of Cush – grandson of Ham) whom God, Himself called a “Mighty one on the Earth” (Gen.10:8). Nimrod
founded Assyria (Gen.10:9-12). So, it stands to reason that the kings of Assyria were Black kings.
4. Therefore, this king of Assyria (Sennacherib) was a mighty king warrior as well. He had already conquered many other
cities through his military might. And because
of his great war successes, Sennacherib was full of pride, - boasting, and bragging how he has already “[Utterly Destroyed]”
surrounding nations. This was done to scare King Hezekiah – even mentioning that he had also overtaken the “People of Eden!”
5. So, we see that during ancient times, they still called certain parts of the earth where Black people
dwelt “EDEN!”
“Have the gods of the nations delivered those whom my fathers
have “[Destroyed]” – “Gozan,” and “Haran,” and “Rezeph,” – and “The People of “EDEN]” who were in Telassar?”
(2 Kings 19:12)
But Hezekiah was a “Righteous king!” Therefore, being fully aware of the history of Sennacherib conquering all those other nations, he went straight to the “Living God” of Israel – asking for help in defeating this powerful king.
And God heard the “Prayer” of King Hezekiah –
and responded to it:
“And it came to pass on a certain night that the “[Angel]”
of the Lord went out – and “[Killed]” in the “[Camp]” of the “[Assyrians]” – “185,000”.
So “[Sennacherib],” king of Assyria “[Departed]” and went away – returned home, and remained at “[Nineveh],”
(2 Kings 19:35-36).
