Example of Jesus’ “(Liberation of
women)!”
1.
The “Woman” caught in the act of “Adultery” – instead of Jesus “stoning
her to death,” (as the Law permitted), Jesus “Forgave” her sin and told
her to go and “Sin no more!” (Jh.8:3-11).
2.
“The mother” who lost her son: Jesus had “compassion” on the grieving “woman!”
– and He “Resurrected” the woman’s son back to life (Lk.7:11-17).
3.
“The Woman at the well: “Jesus
went “Against” the culture of the day, and He “[Talked]” with the “[Samaritan Woman]”
at the well (Men did not respect women enough to talk to them” – but Jesus did!
Jesus showed the same respect to “Women” as He did men (Jh.4:4-42).

Jesus was close friends with the sisters “Mary and Martha” and He had “[Compassion]”
for them when their brother passed away, and He “[Raised their brother “[Lazarus]”
from the “[Grave]!” (Lk.10:38-42).
5.
“Mary Magdalene” a “Woman” who had been “[Set free of “7” demons
inhabiting her body by Jesus],” became a dedicated follower, and was in the
company of “[Jesus]” on a regular basis.
Jesus appeared to her “1st” after His “Resurrection!”
(Matt.28:1-10).
6.
Jesus healed “[The Woman with the Issue of Blood],” and he told her “[To
be of good cheer],” that her “[Faith]” in Him had made her well, and He told
her to go in Peace (Lk.8:48).
So, “Women” are far more faithful to Jesus
than men, because we suffered more than men (due to the Curse of Eve).
But because of Jesus brought in a “New Testament” governed
by“Grace” (rather than law), women are no longer under the curse
of Eve!
Faith in Jesus liberates women from the curse of men “Ruling”
over them!
And women no longersuffer the “shame” of
“Sharing a husband.”
Under the New Testament, women willingly accept
God’s order – that the man is the “Head of our Households” as a
family unit (structured by our Heavenly Father)!
“But I want you to understand that
the “[Head]” of every “Man” is “[Christ],” - the “[Head of a “Wife’]” is her “[Husband],”
and the “[Head of “[Christ],” is “[God]! (1Cor.11:3).
So, this concludes our presentation of “Women in the Bible!” So, let us not only “Honor women” for
one month, but throughout the year – Amen?
