Aaron published an article on LinkedIn on November 8th, 2021 called "Anxiety, Depression, and Work" which was the first time he talked publicly about having anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and mental health struggles.

Aaron joined me on the We Will Break the Stigma Podcast to share more of his story. In this episode, we talked about Aaron's mental health journey including growing up feeling like he didn't fit in with his peers, experiencing anxiety and panic attacks in high school leading to frequent truancies, physical injuries leading to health anxiety and panic attacks as well as depression, and what Aaron has learned through all of these challenges.

Aaron's story will likely be relatable for some of you and during our conversation, I was so struck by Aaron's resilience in dealing with these challenges and his level of insight into what he has experienced which I believe will help so many people who can relate to him. Thank you so much Aaron, you are incredible.
