Description

Jenna Zivalich, a new friend of mine since I moved to D.C., joined me on the podcast to talk about a wide range of topics around mental health and searching for happiness in a pressure filled world. We had a lot of fun recording this episode and really hope that you enjoy it. Jenna is my neighbor so we recorded his podcast in person. I admire Jenna for many reasons including her attitude towards not taking life too seriously, pursuing what makes her happy, and her honesty and transparency. I am thankful to have met her and for her coming on the podcast.

During the podcast Jenna & I discuss:

1) Jenna's life growing up with OCD, ADHD, and Anxiety and how these challenges manifested themselves

2) Her decision to leave the corporate banking world to work in a job that she was helping people more  and deciding on becoming a nurse

3) Going to nursing school and becoming a registered nurse (RN) during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic

4) Obsessing, fixating, and being anxious about whether she is happy enough, successful enough, making enough money, and all of the societal pressures that we experience

5) How she deals with the challenges she experiences daily and functions the best she can in a challenging society

Thank you so much for listening and your support. I am forever grateful.
