In this episode, Maddie shares her experience with The U School team. She was able to identify relevant key indicators to measure her overall performance. Addressing skills and recognizing those in her performance to see results. Participating in role-playing and listening to recorded calls allowed her to have a hands-on role in formulating her development plan. Constructing it with 1 on 1 coaching, gave her the ability to track skill growth, improved her performance while acquiring long-term development.
