What is it that you want to feel, working out doesn't have to look like going to the gym 5 days a week. Personally, I don't go to the gym, I don't love doing a workout like that! I love dancing, walking, playing with my kids, running around the house playing tag (my sons favourite thing right now) and doing some HIIT workouts when I can! Kristin loves working out at the gym, that is her life and that's ok!

Find what works for you!  Find the habits you want to adopt and run with it! Just be consistent with them!
