Trust us, until you start doing it, you won't really understand!
Just know that your energy doesn't come from your night of sleep (or lack of). It comes from within you!
That's the desire piece I was mentioning. If your desire to get up, make kids breakfast and lunches, help them get dressed and come back to keep working or go off to work isn't a strong desire for you... it's going to feel blah to you and not exciting at all!
But when you can dig deep and understand your desire then you can remember why you're doing all this and do purpose driven work that lights up your soul.
