Do you have to run errands and end up grabbing take out, instead of making a few things at home before you leave the house?
Meet yourself where you’re at with this, if you’re working up to this being your norm, or you can prepare some snacks, veggies, or leftovers then do it so you have something knowing your going to be out of the house for a few hours.
You will especially want to do this if your kids are in sports or dance after school. Have something healthy for them to have before you have to rush out the door!
