Time blocking might not be for everyone but we highly recommend you try it if you need to get a handle on your schedule. Or maybe you don't have busy schedule but you want to make little improvements in your life so you can show up as a better version of yourself!
You are 100% in the right place because we are here to guide mamas who want to work on new things and make changes (I don't like saying struggling with because that brings a different energy to it).
Ask yourself:
What do I want my home to look & feel like?
What do I want my relationship with my kids to look & feel like?
Now go journal and create space in your calendar for the things that align.
