Today we are chatting with Susan & Judy about living and owning their own strata unit and their role as the Chairperson and Secretary on the Council of Owners.
Both newly retired professionals they now find themselves in roles which they had no idea of previously.
They share with us their story of heading up the Council of Owners in a 5 year old, 144 lot scheme of over 3 buildings, including residences, short stay apartments, a licensed roof top restaurant, commercial and retail premises.
Prior to this property the ladies were not familiar with nor participated in strata community, they embraced their individual roles and today share with you their strata story, passion for their community and key takeaways.
