Managing strata properties is a lot different to green title properties. Every strata scheme is different, has different lot boundaries, different bylaws, different utility setups etc. the list goes on! You as the owner of the lot should know all of this information to relay to your property manager and then tenant. It isn't your Strata Managers job to be a personal assistant and continuously re-provide this to everyone! Ashleigh and I chat about how all the stakeholders can help each other in this process!
