Instead we're talking about attention and how to use it. We're talking about sharing the floor, and how to do so without giving away our power. And, mostly, we're talking about questions.

1. Let one person speak
2. Second person listens trying to figure out what’s going on for that person, not just from their words but the feeling
3. Second person then repeats what they’ve heard back using the language of the first person
