We have been granted some extra time these days to record some much needed podcast episodes. We found a new option for distance recording called Zoom! This episode we talk in depth about our own personal experiences during this uncertain time in the world. The goal of this episode is to provide some calming advice for how to deal with the waves of human emotion we are all experiencing. 

We provide tips and trick on how we are getting through this in a healthy and productive way. We sort through different emotions we have collectively been feeling and we each touch on what it's like right now in our own communities. 

We are here to help! If there is anything you'd like to hear from us about, we would love to make an episode about it.
