This episode is centered around personal experiences with Toxic Masculinity. The Sol Women are joined by their friend Mike to talk about all of their own unique perspectives on how men are raised in our society. Mike is a Social Worker, a leader in his community, consistently working on himself internally and externally, and an overall genuine human being. The girls are honored to have him speak on this episode and gain a male perspective on a very important topic.

They are used to bring further awareness to this topic.

Mike brings an authentic and vulnerable view point on what it's like to be a man who has done the work to better himself in order to bring goodness into this world. He talks about where his awareness came from and what experiences shaped him into the man he is today. The girls ask questions regarding how he was able to make changes or stay away from being influenced by toxic masculinity. This episode provides a call-to-action energy and touches on the severity of the harm being done by those who are choosing to emulate or enable toxic behaviors in our country and our world.
