Deeper Days can help you keep your wits about
you and find inner calm. This isn’t your typical
guide to yoga, describing physical postures like the
downward-facing dog. Instead, it goes back to
what yoga is truly about and focuses more on the
spiritual and mental.
This collection of daily messages to reflect on in a
moment of stillness is structured on the eight
limbs of yoga. There’s one for each day of the year
and they also offer practical advice for
incorporating the concepts into how you live your
life. They’re not numbered according to the
calendar, though, so you can start your journey on
any day you choose and complete it at your own
pace. Deeper Days is not just for practitioners of yoga or for the spiritually minded. It is a book that
all of us can use to find inner calm and see the love all around us.
