25-year -old Jamaican special effects makeup artist, Jessica Morris journey began as an unconventional source of inspiration stemming from a dark period in her life.
She struggled with depression until one day she found an extraordinary outlet for her emotions. instead of self-destructive habits she channeled her pain into the creation of special effects makeup.
Jessica's work has graced the Rose hall Great House tours, the set of a short film directed by Dario Shields.
She has worked on several music videos of Jamaican artistes including Nation Boss, Skeng, Chronic Law and Valiant. However she has her sights set on Hollywood working on films.
She shares her story and her journey as a self-taught artist.
