Unpopular opinion:

Burgers and fries can be part of a healthy lifestyle.

You can’t suddenly “be unhealthy” by putting creamer in your coffee or eating XY and Z.

Health is achieved OVERTIME. It’s the sum of our various habits over a long period of time.

And our true health isn’t determined by food and exercise alone but ALSO our sleep patterns, stress management, social habits, emotional coping skills and spiritual disciplines. One meal, one workout, those can’t change your overall health.
