For decades now both parties have thrust their individual visions onto Americans, to the point now, that people are actively resisting the other side's vision. It used to be that Americans could get along because they only had to agree on a handful of things; civil liberty and property rights. Most people's culture was informed by their local towns and communities. Now people from across the vastness of America routinely criticize people in some obscure place in the country and even go as far as to advocate against them. People have had enough of this craziness, but both parties continuously fight over who is going to get to rule over the other half of the country. Join me today as we critique Mehdi Hassan's program where many of these grievances are uttered. He describes many of the complaints as the "lunacy of the right"!
