The Israel and Palestinian conflict has been raging for as long as I can remember, and Americans' opinions about it range from one extreme to another. My concern is that a principle like Free Speech suffers because some opinions and protests are not on the "right side". This is an emotional, spiritual, and very controversial subject, and as such, people tend to forget about principles in favor of what they see as the correct opinion. The irony is that it becomes impossible to get to the proper way to think about something by curtailing free speech and the ability to talk things out. Violence is usually the next step.
