We compare and contrast their roles/powers, composition/membership, and highlight some of their strengths and weaknesses. This is great exam revision material for those 10 mark questions, as well as points to raise in 26 mark questions also, as it’s easy to get confused between the two. But hopefully we help make the distinctions clear in our discussion!
