Description

The fact that this topic is still a taboo in many countries does not sit well with us. That's why we take a deep dive into our own personal relationship with our periods and discuss how the female cycle affects professional athletes in their training. And we don't just talk about that one week where we bleed. The period is a four week cycle and in every phase, the hormones affect us differently and therefore we also need to adjust our trainings.
