Dr. Michael sits down with Derrick Hawkins, owner of Derrick Hawkins LMT. Derrick is a massage therapist who blends myofascial connections from massage therapy, functional movement patterns from his training as a physical therapist assistant, and the mindset/flow from yoga.

🎙 His girlfriend at the time enrolled him in massage school after he decreased her back pain
🎙 Moving to LA in an attempt to become the massage therapist for movie stars

🎙 Starting his own massage therapy business after leaving both positions
🎙 Completing training as a yoga instructor
