Today’s episode features Alexis Wells, powerlifter and powerlifting coach with her own company called Controlled Chaos. She trains at Barbell Vice in Palmetto and has a staggering powerlifting total of 1026 lbs! (440 lb squat, 198 lb bench press, 440 lb deadlift)
