My guest on this episode is Standup Comedian, Joseph Luna, aka 'Joe Elcholo.'
Joe hails from the infamous East Los Angeles area, then he moved to Fontana where he currently resides. Joe performs Spanish comedy and has opened for Pablo Francisco and Chris Fonseca. He's performed at all the big comedy clubs all over Southern California from the Ice House to the Improv.
In this episode, Joe opens up about his life living in East LA and how he's turned a bad situation into a good one. A near-death experience and the strong, unconditional love of his grandmother, were the catapults that changed his life around -- and it is Comedy that keeps him going today! He says, "Comedy is a crazy journey," but for this, he will always be grateful to Comedy and to all his fellow comics.
I hope you enjoy learning about Joseph Luna, aka Joe Elcholo. I believe you will find his story to be very inspirational and motivational. I really love how he turned a very grim and dark experience, into a positive one, thanks in part to God, his creator, his loving grandmother, and comedy.
