Can I be honest with you? I've not been feeling great lately. I'm sad, grieving and feeling depressed. I'm telling you this because I want you to know that I too can sometimes feel the same way as you do. I mean, no one is immune to these feelings right? But the good thing is, we can apply the principles I've talked about in my previous episodes so that we can recover from these negative thoughts together.
