I’m so excited to be back to producing content for my podcast. In this episode, I want to talk about something that feels very real for me right now: slowing down, stepping away for a bit, and coming back with a different perspective.
I’ve been on a bit of a semi-hiatus, and during that time I kept asking myself a familiar question. When results are slow, does that mean it’s time to quit? What I’ve come to realize is that slow progress doesn’t automatically mean failure. Sometimes, it simply means it’s time to reset.
There’s an important difference between quitting and resetting. In this episode, I share why resets aren’t a setback and how they can actually be part of the process. I also talk through how to step back without losing momentum, how to be honest with yourself about what isn’t working, and how to get back up with more clarity and intention.
My friend, if you’ve been feeling stuck, discouraged, or tempted to walk away because things aren’t moving the way you expected, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don’t have to quit. Sometimes, you just need to reset.
Don't forget to like & subscribe to my channel and podcast so you don't miss out on the next practical tips to help you live a more fulfilled life! And feel free to share this to someone who might be on the verge of quitting. This is the message they need to hear so they can step back, regroup, reset, and move forward again.
