Wondering why most dreams remain just that - Dreams? But why do some people make it? What's their secret? Well, it's not really a secret, they just took action to get to their dreams. But it feels overwhelming, right? There are so many things that need to happen, so many actions that we need to do to get to our dreams! I feel you, it does feel like a lot. But you know what? One of the most important thing to do when you want to achieve your goal is taking that very first step. That's right! Take that very first relevant action that will bring you closer to your dreams! It doesn't have to be a big step. No matter how small it is, as long as it moves you forward (even just a tiny bit!) just take that action and JUST LEAN INTO IT!
In this episode I'll show you two simple steps (that's right, JUST TWO STEPS!) so you can begin taking action and start leaning into it! Every little step counts, all you need is to do it. For example, if you want to lose weight, a very simple act of putting your running shoes beside your bed before you sleep can already have an impact on getting to your goal.
